Who We Are
How a small team in Sulaymaniyah is changing the way businesses run
Founded in 2020 in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, we built Geno Cloud ERP — an all-in-one accounting and management system designed specifically for local businesses. Our goal is simple: replace scattered tools and manual processes with one system that just works.
We started by listening to business owners across Iraq — retailers, wholesalers, clinics, restaurants, and service companies — who were struggling with disconnected spreadsheets, paper records, and software that wasn't built for how they operate. Geno Cloud ERP was born to solve that problem.
Today, Geno Cloud ERP includes 35+ modules covering everything from POS, invoicing, and inventory to CRM, HR, and financial reporting. The system supports Kurdish, Arabic, and English, works across devices, and is backed by a local team that speaks the same language as our clients — literally and professionally.

The Beginning
Started in Sulaymaniyah with a small team and a big idea — build an ERP system made for Iraq.

Builds and maintains every module in Geno Cloud ERP — from accounting, invoicing, and POS to inventory, HR, and CRM. The team writes clean, tested code and ships updates regularly to keep the platform reliable and up to date with what Iraqi businesses need.
Operations
Manages client onboarding, system configuration, and day-to-day coordination. They handle data migration, set up user accounts and permissions, and make sure every new client goes live without disruption to their existing workflow.
Sales
Connects with businesses across Iraq, listens to their challenges, and shows how Geno Cloud ERP can solve them. They run product demos, follow up with leads, and help each client pick the right plan and modules for their industry.
Support
The first point of contact when something goes wrong. They troubleshoot issues, walk clients through features, and provide hands-on training sessions — making sure every team member knows how to get the most out of Geno Cloud ERP.
Marketing
Spreads the word about Geno Cloud ERP through social media, video content, and on-the-ground events across Iraq. They build brand awareness, create educational content about the product, and engage with the local business community.
Design
